Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for any work we do for you — that is a separate written agreement, signed after we have seen your water and your house.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, and to submit an enquiry if you would like a quote. Please do not attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, or use it to send us anything abusive or automated.
Nothing here is a quote
Prices, equipment recommendations and timescales described on this site are general information. They are not an offer, and they do not bind us.
A real quote follows a real water test at your property. What you need depends on your hardness, your household size, your plumbing and your existing equipment, and none of those can be established from a web page.
About the water hardness figures
This site publishes hardness figures for valley cities, each linked to the water provider that published it. Those citations are the point: we would rather you check them than take our word for it.
They still come with limits. Providers report ranges, blend sources seasonally, and draw from different wells across a single city — which is why two houses in the same ZIP code can measure differently. Treat the published figure as the shape of the problem, not as the reading for your address.
Only a test at your tap tells you what your water is. That test is free.
Reviews, ratings and awards
Ratings, review counts and award badges shown on this site are awarded and hosted by third parties, and reflect their records at the time we published them. Those platforms own their own marks. We do not control what they show, and we do not edit it.
Our content
The text, photographs, layout and code of this site belong to Aquaco, LLC or are used with permission. You may read it, print it, and link to it. You may not republish it as your own.
Links to other sites
We link to water providers, review platforms and manufacturers where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
No warranty for the site itself
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment.
This limitation is about the website. It has nothing to do with the workmanship or equipment warranties on work we actually perform for you — those are set out in your agreement with us and are unaffected by anything on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of Maricopa County.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. Questions go to hello@aquacollc.com or (480) 347-6550.
